This Week in Masks – 2/1

Here are the masks I used this week.

Mediheal Soda Bubble Sheet. I got this from my Jan Mask Genie pouch.  I was very intrigued by this one so I tried it first. This is a bubbling mask which in and of itself is not unique. However that it is added to the convenience of a sheet mask was interesting!  The mask is not a full face mask but does cover everything below and between your eyes!  It’s a black sheet mask that started to bubble right away when I opened the package. It kept getting more bubbly as I wore it until it was almost dripping off!  When I took off the mask most of the bubbles did come off with the mask but I did have to wash my face to get it all off. It did leave my skin soft and clean!

After several minutes on!
Caolion Blackhead Steam Pore Pack. I used this for the second time this week and it’s still just fabulous. I love how it heats up enough to really open the pores and my skin feels fantastic after using this.  I just apply a thin layer and that is enough for me so it should last for quite a while since I only use it once a week.  I probably won’t post this again as it will get redundant!
Holika Holika Baby Silky Foot Mask. I used a  peeling foot mask a couple of weeks ago and my feet are in the middle of peeling right now. With my busy schedule at work I haven’t taking care to moisturize and soak them so they are super dry and itching like they are on fyyyre. Ugh so I used this moisturizing foot mask and it really helped. This is one of my favorites as it works well and smells good too!
Petitfee Hydrogel Collagen & Co Q10 eye patches.  I also got these eye patches from Mask Genie. These are Hydro gel patches so they stuck quite well to my eye area. However they were very dry, and did not have much noticeable essence on them.  They kind of stuck to my eye when I took them off after 20 minutes.  I’m glad to have tried these but I think I prefer eyepatches with a bit more essence on them.
Innisfree It’s Real Rice Mask. I got this mask for like $.50 from TesterKorea. The essence on this mask was more like a lotion instead of a gel. I do like rice products on my face but this one left a greasy residue on my face after I used it.  I did not care for this residue so I probably wouldn’t use this again but I think it worked fine.
That’s it for this week. What masks did you use this week?

  1. This is such a great assortment of masks! I kinda sloughed off this week in the mask department, but did get a chance to use a snail mask from Missha. I love snail, and love Missha, but their Super Aqua Snail hydrogel is crap =( I purchased a SK-II mask last week that I'm waiting for the perfect time to try out too #kbeautybloghop

  2. Great idea to log your weekly masks! I have been saving mine up for the Meme Addicts empties thread but I haven't used any of my Mask Genie ones yet. I have just started writing my posts for them. The 'Bane' bubble mask looks epic! The bubbles look like they are on this side of the mask (if you know what I mean). Can you feel them on the skin side?

  3. Ahahaha the bubble mask looks so delightfully bizarre! I think I only used two masks this past week: One of the SLC masks that came in a Memebox many moons ago (decent) and a L'Herboflore mask (Taiwanese brand that is AWESOME but very hard to get even online, so I only use them once in a while, lol.)

  4. That bubble mask is so bizarre. I want one! I really need to use a peeling mask on my feet. I haven't been taking care of them like I should and have noticed lots of dryness. #kbeautybloghop
