Target Beauty Box Unboxing

The Target beauty boxes are released periodically and have full and deluxe size items as well as some samples. They sell out super fast so you have to jump on them when they go on sale. I will try to post on my Instagram when these are released!  Let’s see what I got!

First Look

Product Card

Good Ouchless Silicone Lined Elastics. Value $.85. I can always use hair ties as I constantly lose them. Also my dog Lucy likes to get them and chew them up if I lay them down anywhere so these are always welcome for me in sub boxes!

Covergirl Intensify Me Eyeliner 300. Black. Full Size. Value $6.99. I’m not sure if I’m going to use this eyeliner only because I have so much eyeliner!  I have gotten into more liquid eyeliners lately (even black which I avoided before this year) so I’m considering keeping this.  I do like the look of the paddle tip which can go from thick to thin!

Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede Lipstick.  Full Size.  Value $6.99. I think there were different shades of this sent out as there are 20 different shades of this lipstick. I got 040 Flashing Lights which is a pretty peachy pink color. This contains shea butter and aloe so I hope this is moisturizing!

Roc Deep Wrinkle Night Cream. 1oz.  Full Size Value $20.49. Another full size product!  This is a night wrinkle cream that contains the anti-aging ingredient retinol. I haven’t used retinol products yet but let’s face it I’m not getting any younger. I’m not sure yet if I’m going to keep this or sell it but it’s a really nice addition to the box.

Acure Moroccan Argan Oil + Stem Cell Triple Repair Shampoo & Conditioner. 1oz each. Value $2.50. I was really excited to try this shampoo and conditioner set and then I saw it contained olive oil which I’m allergic too. Poo!  I could try to use it and keep it away from my face but I doubt I’d be able to completely and I don’t want to risk it. I’ll find it a new home as it really looks like a nice product and I really like this brand.

Skinfix Ultra Rich Body Butter. 1oz. Value $2.25. I got the hand cream from this brand in a previous box and I admit that I wasn’t a fan of it as it was too greasy. I’m certainly willing to try out the body butter and I can use all the moisture I can get as the weather turns colder.

Hello Toothpaste. .75oz. Value $.67. I tried this toothpaste out already and it works pretty well. I definitely like that its dye and sugar free. The Mojito Mint flavor is interesting and I think I would prefer just mint. I’ll still use this up!

Olly Beauty Vitamins. Value $.47. These vitamins contain biotin which helps promote healthy skin and hair. I tried some biotin vitamins before and I didn’t see much of a difference. It could be because I have pretty healthy skin and hair I just didn’t see the difference but I definitely don’t think it hurt me. I couldn’t really tell much from just 2 vitamins but they are gummy and did taste pretty good

SW Basics Exfoliant.  Value $.50. The card says this is a body scrub but I got a face scrub.   I don’t know if some people got the body scrub instead. It’s pretty basic with only 3 ingredients:  sea salt, organic oat flour and organic almond flour. I actually may try this as a body scrub as I’m not sure about using sea salt on my face.

I calculate a value of $43.31 for this box and I paid just over $10 with tax. That’s a little lower than the promised $50 value but it’s still a great deal and I’m glad I got it!
